Questions from your sector

Yes. The briefing is on your practice's hygiene plan, because that is the governing specification. Whoever cleans for you is briefed on your practice, not trained in the abstract.

Either works. Many practices specify the agent named in their hygiene plan, and we then use it. Otherwise we agree the agent with you in writing before the contract starts.

Yes, separated between treatment, administration and sanitary areas. The scheme is posted on site so it is followed by a stand-in too.

Yes. Your practice has permanently assigned staff. During holiday or sickness the cover is briefed on your practice too, and you know them beforehand.

Yes. You receive the record of every visit monthly and can present it to the public health office unchanged.
