Cleaning is a hygiene function in a dental clinic, a question of trust in a law firm, and part of the product in a coworking space. The same floor area, the same hour of work — and three completely different requirements for staff, timing and documentation.

So we do not keep one general scope of services. We keep a page per sector. It sets out the mistakes that typically happen in that sector, the question that always comes up before a contract is signed, and how we answer it. The order below is our focus: the core industries are the ones where we run the most properties and hold the deepest bench of briefed staff.
