Quality
How we make quality evidenced rather than promised
Not with a pledge, but with a named person, a fixed inspection rhythm and a record that reaches you.
Your building supervisor — one name, one number
Every building gets a permanent supervisor. They know your rooms, your locking system and your contacts — and you reach them directly, with no switchboard in between.
Anna Krüger
Building supervisor
With us since 2014
- Inspects your building in person and documents what was checked.
- Schedules the team and makes sure it stays the same team.
- Takes complaints directly — no ticketing system, no promise of a call back.
- Hands over in person to a named stand-in during holiday or illness.
The quality cycle
Four steps that repeat. Each one leaves a record you can request — or that you receive anyway.
Inspection
every 14 days
The supervisor walks the building and checks the agreed areas against the specification — by list, not by sample.
Service record
after every inspection
The inspection report goes to your site contact: what was checked, what was in order, what was not.
Rectification
within two working days
Anything found is entered on the defect list with a deadline and put right before the next record goes out.
Site review
once a quarter
A meeting with you: what has changed about the building, what is not working, what belongs in the specification — and what can come out of it.
Response times, in writing
What we commit to is in the contract, not only on this page. A tick means we have confirmed that time to our clients in writing.
| Request | First response | Window |
|---|---|---|
| Request for a quote | 4 hours | Mon–Fri, 07:00–18:00 |
| Complaint | 24 hours | Mon–Sat |
| Incident on site | 2 hours | Mon–Sat, 06:00–20:00 |
| Start of work after award | 14 days | including staffing |
When something does not work
Three stages, each with a deadline. You do not have to find anyone or repeat yourself — the next stage receives the case with everything that has happened so far.
Building supervisor
response within 24 hours
First point of contact, directly reachable. Takes the case, looks at it on site and reports back on what they have arranged.
Quality assurance
takes over on the second occurrence
Takes over if the fault recurs after rectification. Establishes whether the specification, the frequency or the scheduling is the cause.
Management
contact within 5 working days
The final stage. Decides on changing the team, amending the contract or issuing a credit — and contacts you personally.
What a service record looks like
Not a specimen we invented for this page — this is how the form you receive after every inspection is laid out.
Service record
- Building
- Example site 001
- Inspection
- 14/01/2026, 07:40
- Supervisor
- named in your contract
| Area | Finding | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Reception and corridors | in order | |
| Meeting rooms 1–3 | rectified | Previous day's glassware removed, tables re-polished |
| Ground floor washrooms | in order | |
| Inside of south façade windows | open | Access platform required, date agreed with the supervisor |
Induction and vetting of cleaning staff
New cleaners are inducted in the building, not in a training room: the supervisor walks the areas, the sequence and the particulars — locking system, sensitive areas, time windows — with them before they work unaccompanied.
Before a first shift we hold an extended criminal record certificate and a signed confidentiality undertaking. We document both per building so you can evidence them if it is ever questioned.

We will show you a real service record and cost the work out for you.
