Why we exist
Almost nobody goes looking for a cleaning company because they want to. The trigger is nearly always the same: the current firm sends someone different every week, Friday's cups are still in the meeting room on Monday, and anyone who complains reaches a switchboard that promises a call back and does not make one.
We started because that pattern is not bad luck — it follows from how the industry is organised. Contracts get passed down the line, staff change with the subcontractor, and nobody is accountable by name. We built the opposite. Every cleaner is employed by us. Every building has a supervisor with a name and a direct line. And what was cleaned is recorded in a report you receive without asking for it.
That costs more than passing work on. It is also the only arrangement in which a facility manager can show their board — or a property manager their owner — that the decision was a sound one.
