What is included

Cleaning once the trades are done
We come when the trades have finished — otherwise it gets cleaned twice and paid for once.
Phased during live construction
On larger sites we clean section by section so finished areas stay protected.
Handover on the agreed date
The date is in the quote. If the build slips, we move with it — without renegotiation.
Cement haze and fine dust
Cement haze is removed with an acidic agent — but never on natural stone or coated floors, where it dulls the surface irreversibly. Fine dust keeps settling for roughly 24 hours after the last dust-producing trade, so we clean after that, not before.
A handover record, not a visual check
You receive a handover record for each construction phase. Handing over without one means arguing about recollections later.

One-off at handover: The norm on completion.
Interim construction clean: During the build, between trades.
With a follow-on contract: Post-construction plus routine maintenance cleaning from move-in.

Billing is by area, construction condition and time pressure. We quote a fixed price after the site visit.
