A reference is only a reference if it can be checked. So every page here states the same things: which building, what floor area, what schedule – and which number changed once we took the cleaning over. Not “noticeably cleaner”, but a figure the property manager or the practice lead can track themselves.
We publish only references we hold written client approval for. Where a client prefers not to be named, we describe the building as precisely as we can without it – the measured result is the same either way.
