Most properties do not need one service. They need two or three on different cycles. An office building in Mitte is maintenance-cleaned daily, has its windows done twice a year, and its floors deep-cleaned every second year. A stairwell in Neukölln needs a weekly cycle, plus clearing and gritting through the winter.
So the question is rarely which service is right, but which area is treated on which cycle.
